I really got my money's worth staying at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The location was great, with the old town and the beaches both easily accessible. The staff treated me like family, especially Cherry who went above and beyond to make my stay amazing.
The food for breakfast could have had more variety.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were absolutely lovely. The traditional paintings of Hoi An's Ancient Town and the beautiful red hand fans hanging above the bed added a charming touch to the room. The main building, with its terra-cotta roof and wooden framed windows and doors, exuded a sense of warmth and authenticity. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The paved path leading to the hotel was easy to navigate, and the staff graciously offered assistance whenever needed.
I would have appreciated more handrails or support bars in the bathroom for senior guests.

The breakfast was to die for! Unlimited Vietnamese and western dishes made fresh to order, just what I needed to start my day. The pool was so enchanting, surrounded by flowers and greenery.too bad I couldn't swim in the skinny moat-like pond next to the front desk.
Couldn't take a dip in the skinny moat-like pond next to the front desk. So disappointing.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that allowed me to get a good night's sleep. The hotel staff, especially Cherry, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. They provided me with useful information about the city and even helped me book a cruise at a discounted price. The free bikes offered by the hotel made it easy for me to explore the nearby beaches and town.
There were a couple of aspects that I was not entirely satisfied with. the hotel's location was a bit far from the old town, requiring a 15-minute walk or a short bike ride.

The location of the hotel was ideal, being just a short distance from the captivating old town in Hoi An. The proximity to the town allowed for easy exploration and access to all that Hoi An has to offer. the hotel provided free bikes, which was a convenient way to explore the beach and surrounding areas. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of both Vietnamese and international dishes to choose from.
While the hotel provided free bikes for exploring, the narrow streets leading to the hotel were a bit difficult to navigate at times. the size of the pool was smaller than expected, making it a bit crowded during peak times.

The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, nestled in a cozy alleyway between the beaches and the Ancient town, making it easy to explore. The staff at Holiday Villa were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing us with maps, directions, and recommendations for dining and sightseeing. They even offered free bikes for us to use and went above and beyond by providing a complimentary car ride to Da Nang due to nearby construction. The breakfast menu had a limited selection but offered a delicious mix of Asian and Western fusion dishes, with the iced milk coffee being a standout. our experience at Holiday Villa was wonderful and far surpassed our previous hotel stay in Da Nang.
The only minor drawback was the breakfast selection, which was ordered off a menu rather than being a buffet. However, considering the small number of rooms at the hotel, this was understandable.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is within walking distance to the city center. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good selection of English-speaking channels on the TV. the staff provides excellent service, from meeting guests halfway to their rooms to ensuring fair taxi prices. the hotel offers a range of services, including bicycles to use and a laundry service. the pool, although small, is well-maintained and towels are provided. the staff's graciousness and warmth make this hotel a hidden gem.
The one negative aspect is that there is only a small pool with limited sun loungers available.
